📌 Booking & Project Confirmation
Your project is officially confirmed when the following steps are completed:
Your quotation will clearly mention:
- Selected package
- Number of panoramic views
- Included features
- Optional add-ons
- Hosting period
- Additional charges, if any
💳 Payment Terms
Simple & Transparent
The advance confirms your booking and allows photography and production to begin. The remaining payment is due before the final virtual tour is delivered, published, or made available for final use.
Large / Enterprise Projects
For large or complex projects, payments may be divided into milestones. The complete payment schedule will be clearly mentioned in the quotation before the project begins.
❌ Cancellation Policy
Before Photography / Production
If you cancel before the project begins, the advance will be reviewed against expenses already incurred for your project.
Non-refundable expenses such as travel, accommodation, third-party bookings, or special arrangements may be deducted. The remaining eligible amount will be refunded.
After Production Begins
Once photography, editing, or development has started, work and resources have already been used. The advance may therefore become non-refundable.
Any completed work and unavoidable project expenses will be considered when calculating the final settlement.
🔄 Rescheduling
Plans can change — we understand.
You can request a new photography date, subject to availability.
Additional charges may apply only when rescheduling creates extra costs such as:
🏠 Property Preparation
The property should be ready at the scheduled photography time.
Client Responsibilities
- Provide access to agreed areas
- Keep the property reasonably clean and presentable
- Make rooms available on time
- Remove confidential or unwanted items where required
- Provide necessary photography permissions
📸 Reshoot Policy
Your selected package covers the agreed photography scope.
A new shoot may be charged separately if the client requests photography again because of:
- Furniture or decoration changes
- Renovation
- New rooms or areas
- Property not being ready
- Additional locations
- Changes requested after the original shoot
✨ Professional Production
We don't charge separately for basic professional processing.
Your 360° photography includes the required production workflow:

One panoramic view means one complete 360° location.
The number of included views will always be shown in your package or quotation. Additional panoramic views can be added separately.

Minor revisions within the agreed project scope are allowed.

Delivery time depends on:

- Selected features

- Client feedback

The estimated timeline will be provided during project confirmation.
☁️ Hosting
Hosting is included only when specifically mentioned in your package or quotation.
🔁 Hosting Renewal
After the selected hosting period ends, hosting can be renewed if continued online access is required. The renewal price will be communicated before renewal.

📁 Source / Project Files
The completed virtual tour and agreed deliverables are provided according to your selected package. Original editable project/source files are not automatically included.
🏷️ Client Usage Rights
After full payment, the client may use the completed virtual tour for their property or business.

Google Maps and Google Street View are third-party services. Their availability, policies, and approval processes are controlled by Google.
We do not guarantee:
- Google search ranking
- Google Maps ranking
- Search-engine ranking
- Google review ranking

🚁 Drone Photography
Drone photography depends on:
🚗 Travel Charges
Travel charges depend on project location. If your location is outside the travel area included in your package, additional charges may apply for:
- Transportation
- Fuel
- Tolls
- Parking
- Accommodation
- Other necessary travel expenses
